Four Motivators

Trying new things. Falling, getting back up, discovering new ways. Learning from each other and encouraging one another.

Continuing because it’s fun - even when it gets tough.

This is how young children learn naturally, through play. And for many people, these remain the most powerful motivators for growth and development throughout life.

This – combined with our own practice in training, coaching, mentoring and teaching the art of being human – led us to the conclusion that learning and growth programs centered on being human and living wisely should meet four key criteria:
1.    Personal relevance. Does it help you? Solve something? Make life easier?
2.    Experience-based. What you notice and feel through doing helps you understand most deeply.
3.    Connection. Growing in humanity and wisdom is most enriching when done together.
4.   Micro-dosing. We learn more deeply and sustainably when growth comes in small steps.

We brought these four elements together in what we call our Circles of Understanding.

It matters to me. It resonates. We do this together. We’re going somewhere.
