EIGHT – A Journey along the Eightfold Yoga Path in 80 days

Yoga is so much more than asanas. In EIGHT (or ACHT, the program is also available in Dutch) you will discover step by step the richness of this ancient Eastern way of living, and learn how to weave its wisdom playfully into your everyday life. 

 

Learning in real life

Eight consists of 80 insights, each followed by a small challenge. No lengthy theoretical reflections No new things to add to your probably already busy schedule. Instead you are invited to look at familiar things in a different way, reflect on them, approach things differently, or try to doing or to saying something new.

 

Four ways to discover
In EIGHT we have combined the Eightfold Path with what we call the four universal Forces of Growth: Curiosity, Courage, Compassion and Commitment. Each element of the Eightfold Path is explored from four different perspectives, giving you a richer and more personal learning experience.

 

Alone or together
You access EIGHT through an app on your phone and/or computer. You can participate individually or together with a group of five or six people. You complete the challenges yourself and share your experiences with the other members of your group in the strictly private online lounge of your group. This allows you not only to learn from your own experiences, but also with, from and through each other. 

 

A new dimension for yoga teachers 

Yoga teachers who want to expand their offering for their students, EIGHT provides an inspiring and innovative way to bring deeper meaning of yoga into every day live. the meaning it deserves. Teachers can participate with their own students, either as a participant or as a moderator. They can also create an additional source of income by offering EIGHT to their students at a special partner rate.

How to buy and use EIGHT?

Click the purchase button below. You will be redirected to our Dutch website and webshop. In the order form, enter your first name and email address. Please type “English” in the comments section so we can give you access to the English version. EIGHT is hosted on a platform called Huddle. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email explaining how to access the platform and get started.

Price

EIGHT costs 80 euros including VAT for 80 days of learning with daily challenges. For groups we can discuss special parter rates. Please contact Miriam Zwaan for more information about groups rates and partner rates for EIGHT.
